Gabriela Gongora Svartzman

Gabriela N. Gongora-Svartzman is a Research Assistant and a fourth year PhD Candidate at Stevens Institute of Technology, School of Systems and Enterprises. She holds a double mayor as a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering and a M.Sc. in Computer Science. While transitioning between her academic achievements she has been a freelancer, worked as a Technology Research Intern and been a Technology Director at different companies. Her research is focussed towards bridging the quality of experience and quality of smart city services, such as public transportation.
